Return Policy for Purchases
Please click here to contact us prior to returning any product. All returns must include the unused product along with a copy of your original invoice. Credit will be made to the original form of payment. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

For product purchased directly from EuroMedica you have 30 days from the invoiced date to return the product, returns after this date will not be accepted. EuroMedica product that is purchased from a distributor must be returned to the distributor adhering to the distributor’s return policy.

NOTE: Any orders returned to us as ‘undeliverable’ or ‘refused’ will be refunded to the original form of payment, less any shipping charges incurred and any return postage fees.
